This Privacy Policy explains how oneIP ("oneIP", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use oneip.io and related services (the "Platform"). oneIP is a non-custodial creator-economy platform — a token launchpad, marketplace, and creator studio.

• Wallet & on-chain data: your public wallet address(es) and the public blockchain transactions you make through the Platform (Solana and BNB Smart Chain). Blockchain data is public by nature.
• Content you provide: product/service listings, links, token launch details, and any figures you self-report (e.g. affiliate earnings).
• Usage & device data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser/device type, and similar log data, collected to operate and secure the Platform.
• Local storage: we use browser local storage for preferences (e.g. language) and session state.

2. What we do NOT collect

oneIP is non-custodial. We never collect, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. All transactions are signed by you in your own wallet.

3. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
• To display creator tokens, listings, and market data.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

Some features are powered by third parties who process data under their own privacy policies:

• MoonPay — fiat buy/sell (on-ramp & off-ramp). Identity verification (KYC) and payments are handled by MoonPay. See MoonPay's Privacy Policy.
• LI.FI / Jumper — cross-chain swaps.
• thirdweb — EVM wallet connection.
• Supabase — data storage/hosting.
• DexScreener — token market data.
• Solana & BNB Smart Chain — public blockchains that record on-chain activity.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers above as needed to run the Platform, and where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of oneIP and its users.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Note that on-chain data is public and immutable and cannot be altered or deleted by us. Contact us using the details below to exercise any rights.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
