These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oneip.io and related services (the "Platform"), operated by oneIP ("oneIP", "we", "us"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Platform if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use would be illegal, or where you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
oneIP is a non-custodial creator-economy platform providing: (a) a token launchpad for creators to issue community tokens on Solana; (b) a marketplace for creators to list products and services; and (c) a creator studio. oneIP provides software and interfaces only. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, money transmitter, or investment adviser.
You interact with the Platform using your own self-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. oneIP never holds, controls, or has access to your funds or keys. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible.
Token launches, floors, and pool mechanics are implemented by on-chain smart contracts. Smart contracts may contain bugs or be exploited. You accept these risks.
Creators are solely responsible for the products, services, links, and content they list, and for fulfilling any sale. oneIP does not manufacture, sell, or guarantee marketplace items and is not a party to transactions between creators and their customers. Some listings may use third-party affiliate links.
Buying or selling crypto for fiat is provided by third-party providers (including MoonPay) and is subject to their terms, pricing, and identity-verification (KYC) requirements. oneIP is not a party to those transactions and does not process payments or hold fiat. See the provider's terms for details.
The Platform and its integrated providers may charge fees (for example, platform fees, token pool contributions, swap fees, and on/off-ramp fees). Applicable fees are disclosed at the point of the relevant action.
The Platform, its software, and branding are owned by oneIP or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Platform.
The Platform integrates third-party services (e.g. MoonPay, LI.FI, thirdweb, Supabase, DexScreener, and public blockchains). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, oneIP and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless oneIP from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
